Donation Form Width Setting Adjustable

Presently the donation form is much narrower than the rest of the webpage. The iframe form widget has a defined max-width of 600px. If there was width setting where the form could be set to 100% then the form adjusts to the outer layout width.

Automatically email daily transaction reports

It would be great to have the ability automatically email PDFs of daily transaction reports! I see there's an option to email transactions weekly or monthly. Would love for 'daily' to be added to the list. Thanks!

Disbursement Report should be downloadable by month with the fees for each day summarized

This used to be able to be done but now with the new integration I have to go into each day to download the report. Prior it was subtotaled each day for me.
