Hi, Just an idea. We currently use BBMS and ETapestry. We are looking to start accepting EBT benefits. Would have been great if you also offered that.

We have international donors who have asked why they can't use bank information to donate. Kind of unbelievable that in 2022, Blackbaud hasn't found a way to make this happen.

BBMS processes in EST so if eTapestry is set to another time zone, transactions processed in eTaptestry will not be included in BBMS until the following day in some instances. This causes issues at end of month and especially end of year.
