Mac Compatible P2PE

The Bluefin P2PE device is not compatible with Macs, but my school primarily uses Macs, particularly our Phonathon callers. It would be more useful to use a device with the Macs we have.

Donor Notification for Direct Debit Returns/Failed Credit Card Transactions

The donor and the organization should receive notifications when a credit card fails to go through or when a direct debit is reversed. Important for the donor to also be aware immediately of the transaction.

It would be great in this day and age to have apps like Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay Cash and DipJar - integrate with Raiser's Edge.

I am curious if there has been any consideration given to allowing cryptocurrency donations for processing through BBMS

We have had inquiries for the option to donate cryptocurrencies like bitcoin but currently we are not able to offer that option.....what options if any are currently being explored to offer through BBMS?

Extend 180 day window period to refund credit cards

Due to COVID-19, office closures make it impossible to issue refund checks to donors for credit card charges older than 180 days. Can the 180 day restriction be extended so that organzations can refund donor's credit cards?
