Blackbaud Merchant Services

Enable users to change the username on Blackbaud Merchant Services. In my case, our organization changed its name and our username still reflects the previous name. I would like to change to our new name.

It would be helpful if when calling reports in BBMS they would have more detail. There is a notes box but it’s not pulled through to reports.

Following the recent addition of PayPal integration for US users, it would be extremely helpful for this to be added for the UK userbase as PayPal is one of the most trusted payment sites used across businesses and charities.
