Report for 'last month' or specific range for credit card disbursements

You have a report for transaction dates for donation and fees, but what is more helpful is to have a report for disbursement dates (last month or specific range) so those dates can be matched to the bank statement.

Yes, it does make sense. And it worked. Just had to export to excel to make totaling the columns easier and subtract to find the fee total. Many thanks!
I will assert that I must not be the only one who needs to do this and having a disbursement report pop up in the drop down, similar to the transaction totals report, would be of much help.

If you go to the BBMS portal, Transactions, Transaction lists. Create a list and use the filter and columns you need. Go to Other, Disbursement status, Has been distributed, Disbursement date (pick a filter or a date range). Then use the column picker and pick all the columns you need, like gross amount, fee amount, net amount. Does that make sense? Happy to jump on a call and show you. It may or may not work for you.

Juliana, I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting. I would like to find a report by disbursement date that will give me the total donated and the total fees. I think it does work if I find out the transaction dates of the first and last disbursed figures (as seen on my bank statement). But I don't follow your idea. Where is the filter you refer to?

    Hello,

Thank you for adding to the idea bank. I'm a Product Manager at Blackbaud on the Payments team. I'm fairly new to this team. Is there a reason why you couldn't use the transaction list and filter by disbursement date? Perhaps you need a PDF report. Or it would just be more convenient if it was a readily available report. Both would be understandable
