When our BBMS system is down for maintenance and all transactions will fail, could you add some sort of language to let the donor know WHY their transaction failed? As a donor, i would be hesitant to try again.

Payment form (In Blackbaud Billing Management at least) does not display the full length of the account number field. This is leading to payers OFTEN mistyping bank account number, leading to chargebacks. Entire field should display.

I would like to have the BBMS TransactionID also put into NXT when making a gift through JustGiving NXT Integration. This will save me a step in trying to reconcile across all 3 entities.

Please move the email notification settings to the "Account Management" section. Right now you have to access them in the "welcome" drop down menu, where you go to sign-out. That is not an intuitive location for this feature. Thanks!
