Currently transactions above $10,000 trigger immediate suspect notifications as soon as the donation is submitted. However, for transactions below $10,000, the system sends a summary overnight when the settlement processes occur. We have recurring issues with mistaken duplicate transactions in which the duplicate needs to be refunded. It would be very beneficial for us to be notified immediately of all possible dups so that we can process the refund immediately.
