In BBMS portal you can view the resolved chargebacks but you cannot export this list. I would like to export this list with the chargeback details and the case numbers.

It doesn't benefit our organizeation to use Complete Cover for payment fees because we are not provided the option to issue partial refunds for payments under this coverage. It would be great if this could be changed down the road. We run meeting ...

Chargebacks should create their own bank transaction, and not be netted against other deposits. This makes reconciliation and posting very difficult.
