Please include the "Monthly Fees Charge" option in the BBMS. It is not an efficient process to record every single transaction fee in our books.

We use this for our paperwork to send to the database manager for processing. The popup box disappears. Also, if you do hit print, it prints both pages of the transaction again. Printing one page would save having to go to the transaction details.

Enable users to change the username on Blackbaud Merchant Services. In my case, our organization changed its name and our username still reflects the previous name. I would like to change to our new name.

It would be helpful if when calling reports in BBMS they would have more detail. There is a notes box but it’s not pulled through to reports.
