Allow moving donor fee area above payment options in the checkout modal.

It would be great if the checkout modal in Team Raiser allowed for us to move elements around. For example: moving the donor fee box higher in the modal so it's easier for our donors to see it and decide whether they want to cover the cost or not.

Mac Compatible P2PE

The Bluefin P2PE device is not compatible with Macs, but my school primarily uses Macs, particularly our Phonathon callers. It would be more useful to use a device with the Macs we have.

Update File Names on Disbursement Downloads

When downloading summary or detailed disbursement reports, add the type to the file name: e.g. 2026-03-30 Detailed.pdf, or 2026-03-30 Summary.

Education Items - not being pushed over to Financial Edge NXT

When Raiser's Edge pushed items from the disbursement report for donation, the Education Items need to be manual add and any credit card fees need to be add to balance to bank.

Donor Notification for Direct Debit Returns/Failed Credit Card Transactions

The donor and the organization should receive notifications when a credit card fails to go through or when a direct debit is reversed. Important for the donor to also be aware immediately of the transaction.
