Automated PAD consent emails are sent for any internal changes, sometimes, but not always, requested by the donor. When it is truly internal (such as a change to Fund), we do not want our donors to receive an email that looks like they have started a new gift. AND with any other changes, like an increase or decrease in amounts, or change to an end date, we don't want to send an email that looks like they have started a new gift. This is confusing at least to our donors and can often happen multiple times in a month.
Please allow the ability to turn this off, or change the first part of the text. Or at least change the text to confirm that this is a change to their giving and not a new gift.
