A transaction of $250.00 was processed. The donor intended to give $200.00. A refund of $50.00 was issued. The processing fee remained $7.26 instead of decreasing to $5.86. Suggestion: Assess processing fees according to the actual amount of the transaction instead of the original amount.

Or have a way to request a fee refund in special circumstances e.g. when a database error caused transactions to be processed twice.
