We are Hong Kong based. Now our donors can select HK in the countries list. It would make sense to change the title to "Country/Region". Hong Kong is not a country, so does Macau.
Support team told us to just choose China and delete Hong Kong from the list, but it does not help us at all because we have our currency and the credit cards are registered as HK cards, not China cards. Similarly, donations from Macau and Taiwan will not be processed properly.

Hi Jessica - thank you for raising this suggestion. I'll reach out to you directly to follow-up on this point but I wanted to share that with our Blackbaud Checkout solution we follow the International Organisation of Standards for Address formats (ISO). For which Hong Kong is listed as an independent country, with the known understanding that Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and is noted as such within the ISO details for Hong Kong.
