If you have to do a transaction search, the search requires the credit card (CC) holders name;however the auto generated email that you receive to alert you that a CC gift/payment has been made gives you the supporters name. Therefore it can be difficult to complete the transaction search if you do not have both ...the supporters name and the CC holder's name.
