I would like to suggest enabling us to print a credit card receipt from a BBMS transaction. There is no way to do this in Altru, and the "re-send acknowledgement" option is no help. We need a quickly printable receipt that includes ALL the info you would get on a receipt in any store, etc.

I agree. It seems like a pretty standard thing to have the ability to print a receipt for payments. Very strange!
