We want transaction detail comments on Online Express. Our business manager at our school has a difficult time determining the proper areas to place transactions. They come in with a date, name on card and amount from Online Express and we get a lot of them. It would be nice if there could be a comment section or note it is for a specific activity or event.

When a donation comes in via Online Express, the bookkeeper at our school would love to know which fund she should credit. Please add a field for the Online Express fund (or campaign) in the disbursement report in BBMS.

We also need campaign and fund designation on our reports from BBMS. Without that information we must pull additional reports for our bookkeeper. very frustrating and time consuming

I'm not familiar with the term Online Express, but I THINK this is my issue. BBMS disbursement reports do not give any FE account or RE fund detail. We need to be able to attribute the fees associated with the transactions to the relevant event, but BBMS reporting does not provide that info.
