We should have the ability to limit which user can access which merchant account - so a user who only needs to access one account can't just see all of them.
For example, we manage four merchants, and found different finance teams for these merchants - but they can each access everyone's transaction lists / disbursement reports, not only their own merchant.
They shouldn't be able to access the other merchant accounts.
