We were unaware that we (the school) would incur the processing fees for the Application Fee that is being processed in BBMS. We should have been informed of this at the setup. We assumed that just like in Blackbaud Tuition management, the fees would be charged back to the person making the payment. We want this option implemented into the BBMS system.
