It would be helpful to be able to retrieve transaction details (specifically donor contact information (address) from the portal for transactions made through the Mobile App or the Virtual Terminal. Right now, if you open a transaction to view the detail, it only opens the side panel and it creates for a messy document when trying to print it. Otherwise, it would be nice to have the donor's contact information in the acknowledgement email. I understand not wanting to put that data in an email, which is why it would be more helpful to have printable details on the backend for only office personnel. It would be nice though to be able to add a "Thank You" and more custom information about our institution with the acknowledgement emails though too.
This topic relates to the Web Portal and the Mobile App so I wasn't sure which section it should be sorted to.
