Our organization has a PO Box as well as a physical location. I am not allowed to use the PO Box as our contact information on BBMS Account Management. It says it's an invalid address. It is our mailing address, our physical location mailbox has mail go missing, and the PO Box is safer, particularly for financial information. Please make PO Box a valid address type, or add a mailing address as well as a physical address.
