Allow BBMS Timezone settings

Luminate is on local standard time but BBMS is on EST. As a result, there are instances most days where a donation has different gift dates between the two systems. Seems like a very minor issue but does impact our effeciency and makes our reconcilations processes more difficult.

Disappointing to see this issue was brough up 2 years ago and is still a problem. Greatly effects our efficiency in reconciling our transactions.

It makes no sense that a product which is used globally does not recognise local timezones. As per the other comments, this will cause reconciliation issues and adds an additional layer of complexity.

We're located in Australia, and it's crazy to suggest something processed on (say) 11/8 appearing in a transaction search for the 10/8.

We're located on the west coast, so there's a three hour delay between our local time and the time showcased on BBMS. All gifts received after 9pm on 12/31 came through Online Express as 1/1 - causing our year-end tax statements to be incorrect. Please allow for BBMS time zone settings!
