We would like to require multi-factor authentication for logging into Blackbaud Merchant Services portal. This has been recommended by our IT Security department. I am told by BBMS multi-factor authentication is currently not available and not on the roadmap.

I think it's worrying that its not that given the recent Etapestry breech - seems a no brainer to me seeing as all the other payment platforms do it!
