It happens. The second you submit a gift for $2500 you realize that you meant to enter $25.00. No matter how conscientious you are, data entry errors happen. Also at times a donor will call shortly after giving a gift to amend the amount or change the terms (instead of $1000, she wants to donate two $500 gifts a month apart). Why can't we void out a transaction submitted in error? Converge has this functionality.
