Setting for time zone in BBMS to match time zone in eTapestry

BBMS processes in EST so if eTapestry is set to another time zone, transactions processed in eTaptestry will not be included in BBMS until the following day in some instances.  This causes issues at end of month and especially end of year.

    We're located on the west coast, so there's a three hour delay between our local time and the time showcased on BBMS. All gifts received after 9pm on 12/31 came through Online Express as 1/1 - causing our year-end tax statements to be incorrect. Please allow for BBMS time zone settings!

    Because we are located in a different time zone than the BBMS server, this potentially creates a problem for us and our finance team every month.

    Although this idea says eTapestry, when chatting with BB support, they confirmed that this is an issue in all Blackbaud products that use BBMS and indeed, we get it with Luminate. So please vote for this!!!

    Product Developers DO have to consider this idea.

    This is problem for all products using BBMS.  For the products that have auto reconciliation with BBMS this is still an issue because customers have to manually reconcile the transactions that come in during the time zone difference.
