I would like to receive an email every time a credit card gets charged. This feature is available on the online forms, but no where else. Through our calling center, student callers charge a donor's credit card however sometimes they get conflicting info and the student caller does not know if the card transaction was successful. Someone would have to log into BBMS and run a report to see if the card was charged and that's not convenient or efficient.
