The transaction list in Blackbaud Merchant Services needs the account holder listed on Blackbaud Integrated Payment gifts. There is currently no way to identify the donor in BBMS other than the amount on the Blackbaud Integrated Payment.

Cardholder names are available in a customer's BBMS merchant account portal. In some cases, such as a MobilePay transaction, BBMS does not automatically capture the card holder name in all instances - however the organization can capture the name, contact info and other notes on those transactions via our application.
