Currently, BBMS is only configured to deliver deposits net of fees, as a single line item on our bank statement. We are requesting that your BBMS team assess if the setup can be configured to deliver gross deposits & fees as separate line items on our bank statements (FYI: our previous arrangement with CyberSource & Chase Paymentech did this). Reason being, our systems have a live feed coming in from our banks (called a BAI file Integration) and in order to automate accounting functions, the bank statement needs to show deposits & fees separately, otherwise our accountants will have to manually intervene. Also, a reader of our bank statements won’t be able to see the true withdrawals/fees, since they are netted inside of deposits. We believe from an audit perspective this would be a good change to implement. Thank you
