The product used to have a function that would prompt a Luminate interaction for accounts that it was not able to update automatically, so we could pull a report based on that interaction and reach out to members whose payments were failing. Now we have no way to search/communicate with those members until we've already lost them. This functionality was lost with the "upgrade" in August/September 2023 -- and I would argue this loss of functionality has in fact made the product less effective, rather than more. Would be great to regain that function.
