I just learned that it is not possible to re-issue a donor's credit card receipt with the information regarding additional fees charged through the Blackbaud Pays fee coverage option. As anyone with an auditing/accounting process would need access to this information, it is critical that it be available to the donor. This is essentially the same as re-printing a receipt from a store and is necessary information to be able to provide. Without this ability, Blackbaud Pays is simply not a responsible option for Blackbaud or the organizations utilizing it.
