It doesn't benefit our organizeation to use Complete Cover for payment fees because we are not provided the option to issue partial refunds for payments under this coverage. It would be great if this could be changed down the road. We run meeting registrations through our eTap DIY pages and we have to issue too many refunds or partial refunds.
