For our MobilePay Terminal readers to maintain their EMV certification, we need to pass card details in an encrypted fashion, so we do not plan to support this effort.
@Linda - the BBMS Portal allows for card entry via the virtual terminal, and many Blackbaud solutions also support back-office payment capture that is intended to address this use case. Thank you!
Thank you for this feedback. I would love to understand your need for manual card entry a bit more when you have a couple of mins. Our early results showed that the use of these new chip/contactless readers dramatically increased the reliability of successfully processing cards in-person. Are you seeing enough errors that your users need the ability to enter in the card numbers as a back up? Does your org need the manual card entry for other scenarios? If so, it would be great to hear what those are.

This would be if someone called in. Or if for some reason the card wont run through RE.
