In BBMS under Email Notifications, every user has the ability to add any user to its own BBMS distribution list, making it challenging to remove a user from the list once she/he left the organization.
Inactivating the user does not stop email notifications from being sent to that user.
As a Database Manager, I had to ask every user in my organization to check their BBMS email notifications distribution lists and ask to remove the former staff member. This Email Notifications application should only be managed by the Data Administrator.
