It would be fantastic if blackbaud would offer the capability for credit card processing fees to be passed on to donors as they are making their gifts. Nonprofits pay thousands of dollars each year in CC processing fees and it doesn't have to be that way. There are other platforms not as advanced as blackbaud that have this as an automatic option and they don't charge their nonprofit clients for implementing this option (One Cause, Every Action, Act Blue just to name a few). I'm not sure why this isn't currently an option with blackbaud.

YES, YES, YES! Please add this option. Like other commenters here we did not realize this was not an option when we switched to Blackbaud and were very disappointed.
PLEASE MAKE THIS AN OPTION, BLACKBAUD. This is just another one of many features we didn't know we were giving up when we switched to Blackbaud. We thought surely it would be included in one of the longest-running CRM softwares available. We have had donors who were used to paying the fees with our last software ask about continuing to cover them. They've been disappointed when we tell them it's not an option. Not to mention how much it hurts our organization to pay the fees when we wouldn't have to.
Most platforms have this capability and have for years. Blackbaud needs to make this a reality to help us NFPs to cover increasing merchant fees. Thank you, Holly
