Our call center recently switched from Square to BBMS. The call center solicits donations. When someone wants to make a pledge, or is unable to pay by CC at the moment, Square allows us to send an invoice to the constituent with automatic reminders to pay their pledge on a scheduled basis of our choosing (currenlty 3, 10, and 30 days) with a link to pay the invoice. We really need BBMS to provide that option for us in order for it to work. I'm sure that many other call centers would enjoy the same feature.
