Cardholder name, date, and amount sometimes isn't enough to locate a transaction in the transaction report (if you need more details). Having the unique transaction ID in the disbursement report would allow you to more easily locate the transaction in the transaction report -- and also find that transaction in other systems, like Blackbaud K-12.
I had this issue as well, and contacted support. It turns out this IS available
1. Log into BBMS
2. Go to Transactions Tab —> Transaction Search
3. Choose the "Disbursement Date" of interest (+ any other criteria you are looking for)
4. Press “Search"
5. Press “Export” and export as CSV or excel
Transaction ID's and from which system (eg JustGiving vs eTapestry) is indicated in this report.
