Currently when we process a refund the comment that is associated with the original sale is not pushed through to the refund. We are using the comment field to distinguish which campaign a particular transaction relates to. Without this comment being associated with the refund I am having a lot of difficulty reconciling.
On top this, it would also be beneficial to be able to add a note during the refund process to be as accurate as possible
+1 for this. The Comment field is critical to tracking any transaction in BBMS and not having it in the refund process is a major time suck.
