We just transitioned over to Raiser's Edge NXT and included the merchant services as a best long-term solution for our organization. Little did we know that the migration process excluded ACH recurring donations and only included the recurring credit cards. This was a HUGE set-back to implementing our streamline services. Not only that, the support at Blackbaud didn't give clear answers during this transition which was already a very stressful time.
