At Fundraising events, we can have as many as 30 or more transactions to sell tickets, silent auction items, etc. During these events, we are held-up by limited number of devices (Blackbaud swipers, iPads, Iphones, etc.), as well as the time to hand the device to the buyer, allow them to sign and add email, return to us and complete transactions. Like many brick and mortar retailers today, I would like to set a dollar limit underneath which we do not require a signature. This would allow us to streamline the process, and minimize delays and long lines to check out at events.
