MobilePay users receive a confirmation number by email that is not searchable through BBMS, so it serves no purpose to us or the user. Please add that as a search option in BBMS in order to retrieve their transaction.
Hi Elgin, thanks for this suggestion. We agree that being able to search on the Order Number would be a helpful addition to the BBMS Web Portal and will look into how and when we can make this happen.
