Create a notification/alert from BBMS to the client to monitor if a transaction has not been successful within a certain period of time. Particularly during year end giving season, we'd like a way that BBMS can alert Save the Children if a transaction success has not occurred in 30 minutes (or a period of time which the client specifies). That report would then be sent via e-mail to the client . We're looking for an automated way to monitor the website transactions and merchant service.
