Since the newest version on iPhones don't have a headphone jack, it is impossible to plug the Mobile Pay device directly into the phone. Using an adapter is awkward at best, even if you have remembered to bring it with you to your event. Please find a way to use Bluetooth capabilities to run Mobile Pay.

Thanks for the feedback and I feel your pain! I agree that wireless connectivity is becoming the standard for connecting mobile devices with hardware, and that having to use the lightning adapter is not always the best experience. I don't have a timeline to share at the moment for when to expect it, but wireless connectivity is absolutely a must-have for the next card reader device that we offer for mobile payments. In the meantime, we recommend continuing to use the lightning adapter for now and we'll be sure to keep you posted on new card reader devices as news becomes available.
