We would really love for BBMS to support Direct Debit for Canadian clients. We switched our credit card processing over to BBMS and unfortunately have to keep our direct debits with another provider. It would be so much nicer to have everything with the same provider!

Is there an update as to when RENXT clients can expect to see this functionality?
We're happy to report that we're currently working on providing direct debit functionality through BBMS for our Canadian/Canadian dollar clients. We expect to provide it in the 1st half of 2019 first to our NXT clients, and then offer it at a later point to clients on other platforms.
