We had to refund over 2,800 transactions individually due to BB RENXT crashing while processing a batch. It took 3 of us three days to get through all of the transactions. It was painful. To add a way to do a batch refund would be so helpful!
Doing them individually is tedious. We had a batch of 30 charged twice and I just refunded them individually. If there is more than one page of results in BBMS it keeps going back to page 1 after each refund, and you need to refresh it before going to the desired page again and finding the next one to do.

TOTALLY AGREE - 100%. Doing them individually is so time-consuming and happens more times than one would think. This change would save my marriage.
