When exporting the results of a Transaction Search include the originating transaction id for refunds and chargebacks. This will make easier to tie a refund and chargeback to it's original transaction. Currently you must drill into the details to find that information.
What would be even more helpful for our credit card reconciliations would be to ALSO work with Blackbaud CRM Products Development to include the original transaction id on a chargeback and refund in the PROCESSORTRANSACTIONSETTLEMENTIMPORTROW table which is populated by the 'BBMS Auto Reconcile' process.
