We have multiple events on campus but are using the Mobile Pay Swipers instead of the RE Mobile Event app. We are trying to find a way to sort these different transactions.

Why in the world do we have a technology forward device like the mobile pay terminals and then we have to manually enter those into BBMS, RE and FE. This makes absolutely no sense to me and is going backwards. PLEASE FIX THIS

It would be nice if we could get invoiced for the readers rather than have it come from our BBMS disbursement. It messes with the reconciliation we have built with our business office.

On Square and PayPal, you are able to put subjects to what each payment is as well as say what the fund is for. It would be helpful for imports to easily differentiate what the payments go for since we are a nonprofit.

Hi, Just an idea. We currently use BBMS and ETapestry. We are looking to start accepting EBT benefits. Would have been great if you also offered that.

add the ability to give refunds on mobile pay app

The menu appears on the left side when the iPad using the MobilePay app is turned horizontal. This is not helpful when there are users attempting to make transactions through the app that should not have access to the settings menu.

When manually entering a credit card number into mobilepay not having to add a signature.

MobilePay users receive a confirmation number by email that is not searchable through BBMS, so it serves no purpose to us or the user. Please add that as a search option in BBMS in order to retrieve their transaction.
