The ability to resolve Suspect Transactions should be made available from within the new BB portal. Having to log into the old portal to resolve seems silly.

Please tell your programmers that the pdf version of the Daily Transactions Report would be very helpful to have again. Filtering, downloading and exporting is very time consuming and less than desirable. T

In Classic Merchant Services, we are able to view Transactions Reports by Account Type in a specific period with totals. I do not see a way to do this in the next gen portal.

Please bring back the virtual terminal. On the new web portal, individuals who enter transactions must have access to view all transactions. Previously indivdiuals who entered transactions could be independent of access to all transactions.
